After replacing the inner and outer tie rods and both left and right sway bar links on my 2011 Honda Odyssey at a different repair shop, I was still facing persistent noises while driving and braking. Despite taking it back to the original shop multiple times, they were unable to resolve the issue, leaving me frustrated and concerned about my vehicle's safety. John and the team at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Car were great to work with. We had our 2017 Kia Sorento towed there several weeks ago when the transmission started to die on us. They diagnosed the issue, and explained our options (new backordered part or a locally sourced used one). They also offered that we could buy the transmission from anywhere and have it shipped there, and they would just perform the labor - which is the option we went with. The repair was completed within a week of the part arriving, the cost was reasonable, and they didn't mind at all having the car sit there while we figured out what to do.
